These Terms and Conditions form a contract between you and Krushaw Pty Ltd (ABN 47 637 994 533) trading as Sintech Lighting (“Sintech”, “we”, “us”, “our”) of Unit 2 / 19 Expo Court, Ashmore QLD 4214, for orders, purchases, fulfilment and delivery of goods and services from sintechlighting.com.au.

By browsing the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If anything in another communication conflicts with these Terms, these Terms prevail unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) that cannot be excluded.

• Products shown without a price, or with a $0 price, are not offered for sale.
• Photos and renders are illustrative; finishes, dimensions and packaging can vary.
• We may add, change or remove website content without notice.
• We aim for accuracy, but specifications can change when manufacturers update products. Please check suitability before you buy — especially for cut-outs, IP ratings, dimming compatibility and installation requirements.
• Website content is general information only, not legal, electrical or design advice. Engage a licensed electrician for installation where required by law.

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not damage, disable or impair the site or interfere with anyone else’s use. You must not attempt unauthorised access to our systems, scrape the site aggressively, introduce malware, or misuse accounts or payment processes.

Prices are shown in Australian dollars and, unless stated otherwise, include GST. We may change prices at any time. The price payable is the price shown at checkout when your order is submitted, plus any delivery or other charges displayed before payment.

If a pricing error is obvious and could reasonably be recognised as a mistake, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

Submitting an order is an offer to buy the goods at the listed price plus delivery charges. We may accept or decline an order at our discretion (for example stock, fraud checks, or shipping limits).

Payment is taken when you place the order unless we agree otherwise (for example approved trade accounts). You will receive an order reference and confirmation email. Keep that reference for tracking and support.

You can checkout as a guest or with an account. Accounts enable faster checkout, order history and any loyalty or voucher features we offer from time to time.

We may cancel an order before delivery if goods cannot be supplied, payment fails, fraud is suspected, or we cannot fulfil the order for reasons outside our reasonable control. If we cancel, we will refund amounts you have paid for the cancelled items.

If you need to change or cancel after ordering, contact us promptly. Custom, special-order or cut items may not be cancellable once processing has started.

Dispatch and delivery estimates are guides only. We do not guarantee availability or delivery within a stated timeframe. Delays can occur due to stock, carrier issues, weather, industrial action, or other events beyond our control.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you nominate (or on collection if you choose click-and-collect). Please ensure someone can receive the goods and that the delivery details are correct.

International shipping may be available in limited cases. Extra duties, taxes and restrictions may apply in your country; you are responsible for those.

Where offered, you may collect goods from our Ashmore showroom/warehouse at Unit 2 / 19 Expo Court, Ashmore QLD 4214. Select collection at checkout where available, wait for our ready-for-pickup notice, and bring photo ID plus your order reference. Please call before visiting. Not all lines are available for same-day collection.

Title to goods remains with Sintech until we receive full payment of all amounts owing in connection with the supply (and any related installation or services).

Please inspect goods as soon as they arrive (or when you collect them) and tell us promptly if anything is missing, incorrect, damaged or faulty. Keep packaging and photos where relevant — this helps carrier and warranty claims.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply. If goods have a major failure, you may choose a refund or replacement. For other failures, we may repair, replace or refund as the ACL requires.

Change-of-mind returns are not guaranteed. Where we agree to a change-of-mind return, goods must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within any timeframe we confirm. Restocking or return-freight fees may apply. Special orders, opened electrical consumables and custom items are generally excluded from change-of-mind returns.

Where we are obliged to refund you, we aim to start the refund within two business days after approving it. Timing to your account depends on your bank or card provider. Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless we agree otherwise.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (including loss of profit, opportunity or data) arising from your use of the site or from goods or services supplied.

Where liability cannot be excluded under the ACL, our liability for a breach of a consumer guarantee is limited, where permitted, to resupplying the goods or services, repairing the goods, or paying the cost of repair or resupply.

You are responsible for correct product selection and for installation by a suitably licensed person where required.

We handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy. By using the site and placing orders, you acknowledge that policy.

Website content is protected by copyright owned by Sintech or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish or exploit content for commercial purposes without our written consent.

Brand names and logos on this site may be registered or protected trademarks of their owners. No licence is granted except as needed to use the site in the ordinary way.

Access to and use of this site is at your own risk, subject to these Terms and applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

We cannot guarantee that files available for download are free of viruses or other harmful code. You should use up-to-date security software.

Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemic restrictions, war, terrorism, industrial disputes, utility failures, carrier disruption, or supplier failure.

Reward points and vouchers (if offered) are promotional benefits only. They may be withdrawn or changed, cannot be exchanged for cash, are generally non-transferable, and expire as stated (otherwise within 12 months of issue). We may cancel rewards issued in error or obtained fraudulently.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Courts in Queensland have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you access the site from outside Australia, you are responsible for complying with local laws.

We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

If any part of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remainder continues in full force.
